In my opinion, this is horrible!  When are cities ever going to evolve to the point where they outlaw abuse of animals for the entertainment of humans?  This poor horse; the sad look in his eyes was gutwrenching. As I walked away from him, he just looked at me as if to say, "Help me."  Notice the stick used to hit him if he doesn't go fast enough. I just don't get it.

Take a bus.  Ride a bike.  Hop on a trolley.  Walk or drive in a car, but don't have this beautiful animal haul your ass around.
